Its been a few days since I blogged and my life seems to be a bit crazy right now but I wanted to share this with you all... My new obsession... Pure Barre. This workout has changed my body in ways I didn't think was possible. I took Pure Barre for about a month, thee times a week before they asked me to become a teacher and since then I'm loving every minute of it.
For the next three nights, we have trainings. I know I am going to be extremely sore for a few days but I'm so excited to improve my technique and hopefully inspire others to do the same. I'm ready to lift, tone and burn!
Just a bit of info about PB: The Pure Barre Technique is a total body workout that burns fat & produces lifted seats, toned arms, thin thighs, and flat abs by fusing elements of ballet, pilates & weights in a 55 minute intense session.
i LOVE bar classes! i first started it in LA at Bar Method, and thats what they have in chicago too. but now in Austin a new pure barre studio just opened and I can't wait to go there! you're right...it totally changes your body in ways you didn't think was possible.
